ONLINE CLASS - Getting Started with Gel Plate Printing

Getting Started with Gel Plate Printing
With Kris and Marcie

Saturday, September 23
9am - 5:30pm  (see schedule below)

Have you ever wanted to give Gel Plate Printing a try?
Do you have a gel plate but not sure how to use it?
Are you a Gel Plate afficionado and just want to learn some more tricks and techniques?

If you answered YES to any of the above, then you will want to join our PCW Mixed Media Mavens Kris and Marcie for this day-long exploration of Gel Plate Printing.

The day will start with basics and Mixology techniques:  layering paint, one to multiple colours, thin vs thick and more!
Then you'll move into a wide variety of stencil and distress techniques:  one layer pulls, ghost and layer pulls, stencil from table pull, cutting, tearing and more!
After you've created a variety of prints, Kris and Marcie will show you how to use them in finished projects.

But wait ... there's more!
Once the teaching is done, the creativity continues.  Join Marcie and Kris for an "open" session where you can play, practice the techniques you've learned and ask all the questions you have.  Repeating what you've learned is a great way to make sure you are comfortable and confident, and you'll want to continue creating with your Gel Plate long after the class is over.

** Liquitex Paint set
** Sizzix Texture Tool
** A variety of papers to print on
