Welcome to a new kind of virtual event that will introduce you to several of the international brands we have started working with this year.  It will also give you the option to explore art journaling, cardmaking or both!  You choose what you create and get hands on to celebrate the festive season in crafty style.

Your kit is made up of a variety of products, especially selected to help you both make pretty things and learn techniques too.

Part One:  Stamperia

Stamperia was founded in Torino, Italy but now operates from Hungary, and has a wide range of supplies for papercrafting, including papers, art journaling books, stencils and more.  Their unique style leans towards vintage but also features designs that makes you smile.

In this kit, you will receive Silent Night Mini Focus Points booklet, which includes background pages and punch out ephemera to complete your projects.  You will also receive a pack of Mini Rice papers from this collection, so you can learn how to use this popular material on your projects.

Part Two:  Creatief Art

Creatief Art was founded in Belgium and specializes in paper, ephemera, 3D layered diecuts that you build yourself and cardmaking kits.  The characters in their designs offer a sweetness that makes them fun to create with, and they give lots of options for both art journaling and cardmaking.

Your kit will include the Silent Spark Art Journaling and Cardmaking book, and a pack of sentiment diecuts for this collection.

Part Three:  Ciao Bella

Ciao Bella comes from Northern Italy, and prides itself on helping crafters create a unique and emotional experience, with a distinctly Italian flavour.  They offer paper, ephemera, stencils and more, and their Junk Journal & Ephemera books have really gained in popularity.

For this kit, you will receive the Polar Railway Junk Journal & Emphemera book, complete with background pages and elements to fussy cut.

Student supplies from your stash:

• A2 card bases
• Mixed Media paper for Art Journal pages
• Solid Colour cardstock

• Basic tools including paper trimmer, score board, scissors, palette knife, craft mat, adhesive, 3D foam
• Collage Medium

How will the classes be run:

The event is being held in a private Facebook group.  Darlene is teaching 3 art journaling classes, featuring 4x single-page spreads per kit/brand.  Sheri will be teaching 3 cardmaking classes featuring at least 3 cards per class.

Videos, including homework/prep and the 2-hour classes will be pre-recorded and posted in the group for you to watch on demand.  The Guides in the group will help you find all relevant information and navigate the classes in any order.  Choose to do select classes, or do them all!  You will have enough supplies to complete all 6 classes … and many more projects of your own design.

Classes will be loaded and you will gain access to the group no later than September 24.  Then, on October 18, Sheri and Darlene will host a live session where they each create using leftovers from the kits, mixing and matching to show how well these brands work together.  

There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions, post and share your creations, and encourage other crafters.
