Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Sparkles are a unique combination of larger pearl mica particles and dye powder which together produce a colour explosion with an exceptionally sparkly finish. Gently tap out some of the dry powder and simply spritz with water to see the amazing colors appear. Great for creating textures, highlights and painted details on card making, scrapbooking and mixed media projects.
