Craft Around October 2024 - AFTERNOON SESSION

It’s time for another Craft Around, celebrating all the things for this time of year – Halloween, Fall, Christmas and Winter.

Come join us for this special in-person event where you travel from station to station, and make 5 different projects, packed with techniques and things you may not have tried before.  At this event, you will have lots of opportunities to learn from 5 different amazing instructors, featuring members of our team and some members of our crafty community.

We’ll also have treats to eat, a photo booth and more, to make this more than a class – it’s a FUN DAY of crafting.  Grab a few friends and make a day of it!  PLUS, you'll get a coupon for shopping at the store too -- we're sure you're going to fall in love with at least ONE project that you'll want to recreate at home.

WHEN:  Saturday, October 19

WHERE:  The Stouffville Legion, just 5 minutes from our store

TIME:  AFTERNOON SESSION starts at 12:30pm.

Your welcome kit (plus a few basic tools you will need to bring from home) will be all that you need to create with. 

Stations will feature a wide range of techniques including:
* Wax Seal
* BetterPress
* Shimmer Sprays
* Shaving Cream and Ink
* Box making
* And more!

This year, we are offering two sessions – a Morning start time and an Afternoon start time.  There may be some overlap as some crafters finish and others start, but we will make sure all crafters have an opportunity to complete all of the projects.

We estimate that it will take approx. 2.5 hours to complete all 5 stations.  Are you a slower crafter?  Budget a bit more time and enjoy the flexibility to do each station at your speed.  Are you super speedy?  Then whiz through the stations and stay to enjoy the fun atmosphere after you're done crafting.

Kits will be available on the day of the event.
