Orders Shipping Within Canada
Ontario and Quebec
- Orders less than $125 (after discounts, before tax) - $15 (plus tax)
- Orders $125 and up (after discounts, before tax) are eligible for free shipping
All other provinces
- Orders less than $75 (after discounts, before tax) - $20 (plus tax)
- Orders $75 - $149.99 (after discounts, before tax) - $18 (plus tax)
- Orders $150 and up (after discounts, before tax) are eligible for free shipping

- Orders less than $150 (after discounts) - $20
- Orders $150 and up (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping
All shipping rates are based on orders that fit into our standard shipping boxes (up to 13” x 13” x 3"). If you have over-sized or bulky items that require a larger box, extra shipping charges may apply.
All orders are shipped via courier (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, GLS Dicom, Canpar) with tracking provided. If you require shipment via Canada Post, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipments to PO Boxes, rural or remote areas may be subject to extra shipping charges.
We will contact you if extra shipping charges apply or if there are any issues with your order before shipping.
We try to process all online orders and ship them within 1-3 business days - we ship daily, Tuesday though Friday.
Build-A-Box for Shipping
We offer the ability to "Build a Box" to earn free shipping. With this program for SHIPPED orders, you can make a few purchases over a few days or weeks to take advantage of new releases, pre-sales, special orders or last minute crafty decisions, and build your box to get free shipping. This is not meant to be for long-term holds as we have limited space for storage. We ask that you please keep track of your purchases in your Build-A-Box and notify us when you are ready for us to ship to you (we do not ship until requested to do so).
How to use our Build-A-Box Program:
1. Shop and add to your cart.
2. Select In-Store Pick-up during your online checkout.
3. In the notes field include: Start a Box, Add to my box or Ship my box. This will tell us that you want to do with your order. You will get an order confirmation, but no other updates on your order until you ask us to ship it.
4. Please keep track of your orders. If you need to see your past purchases, login to your account on our website and review your Order History.
5. When you are ready to ship, write in the order notes section: Last order, ready to ship" or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your Build-A-Box is not eligible for Free Shipping when you ask us to ship, our normal shipping rates will apply and you will be invoiced for the applicable fee.
6. Receive your Build-A-Box and enjoy your goodies.
If you select In-Store Pick-up during online checkout, your order will held for you until you are able to come to the store. There is no charge for this service. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
As an alternative to picking up your order at our store in Stouffville, we offer curb-side pick-up in Whitby on Tuesday evenings (6pm - 8pm). If you wish to pick-up your order in Whitby, please select In-Store pick-up during online checkout and add notes that you'd like Whitby pick-up. Your order confirmation will still show your order is ready for pick-up in Stouffville, but we will send you an email with the address and phone number to call (usually Tuesday afternoon). There is no charge for this service. Cut off for Whitby pick-up is noon on Tuesday.
Ready for pick-up notification
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up. This will be a separate email from your order confirmation. Please don’t come to the store to pick-up your order until you receive the Ready-For-Pick-up email. Orders placed during business hours are usually ready the same day. If you have not received a Ready for Pick-up notice within 48 hours, please contact the store.
You may pick-up your order anytime during normal store business hours. Please ensure you receive your Ready-For-Pick-up email before coming to the store to pick up your order.
