How much is shipping?
Shipping for orders within Ontario is $10. Orders over $100 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping for orders to Quebec is $12. Orders over $150 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping to all other provinces is $15. Overs over $150 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.
We ship most orders in 13” x 13” x 2” boxes. If you have over-sized items that do not fit in this box size, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if extra shipping charges apply. Limits may apply to some promotional priced items. If quantity ordered exceeds these limits, you may be responsible for the full shipping amount regardless of the size of order. We will contact you if this is the case.
For US shipments, we charge a flat rate of $20 for orders that fit into our standard boxes. For orders that require larger or odd sized boxes, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges that apply.
How long does it take to get my online order?
We will try to process all online orders and ship them within 2 business days - we ship daily Tuesday though Friday. The length of time it will take to get to you once we ship depends on how far from our store you live. Most orders within Canada should arrive within 3-5 days.
Can I pick-up my online purchase in store?
Yes. Select pickup in store during online checkout. There is no charge for this service. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
You have the choice of picking up the order in-store or Curbside. If you want curb-side service, when you arrive to pickup your order, please call the store at 905-642-1742 to let us know you have arrived. This service is available during normal store business hours only.
Do you offer order pick-up at any other location?
Yes. We offer curb-side pick-up in Whitby. If you wish to pick-up your order in Whitby instead of at the store in Stouffville, please select Curbside pick-up during online checkout and add notes that you'd like Whitby pick-up. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with the address and phone number to call. We currently offer this service Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 8:30pm. There is no charge for this service. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. This will be a separate email from your order confirmation. Please don’t come to the store to pickup your order until you receive the Ready-For-Pickup email.
You may pickup your order anytime during normal store business hours. Please ensure you receive your Ready-For-Pickup email before coming to the store to pickup your order.
