Order pick-up at Scrapfest 2025

YES!  You can pick up your orders at ScrapFest!

If you would like to order from our online store and save on shipping, The Papercrafter’s Workshop is offering Order Pick-Up at ScrapFest in Kitchener, April 11-12.

Order Deadline:  Monday, April 7, 2025.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. Shop and add your items to your cart.

2. Don’t forget to add any “ScrapFest Pre-Sale Adhesive” bundles!  These will ONLY be available for pick-up at the event, and features our best pricing on these items.

3. Choose “Store Pick-Up” as your delivery option.  Make sure you Click the button for our Stouffville Location.

4. In the Order Notes, write “Pick Up at ScrapFest”.  

   ** If you make payment under another name, such as your spouse, please note YOUR full name in the Order Notes.

5. Check out as usual.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please note: some email providers send our confirmations to your Junk Folder - please check there if you don’t receive an email from our system.  

You will not receive any further notification about your order until we mark it “Ready for Pick-Up” a day or two prior to the event. The email will show it is ready for pickup at the store, but if you requested ScrapFest, rest assured it will be at ScrapFest.

Please note:  We will not be checking emails after 7pm on Wednesday, April 9.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• ScrapFest PRE-SALE Adhesive Bundles will only be available for pickup at ScrapFest – they are not available for in-store pick-up or for shipping.  You must be attending ScrapFest in order to enjoy these deals - they cannot be picked up for you by another person.

• Deadline:  Orders must be placed by Monday April 7, 2025 for ScrapFest Pickup.  Any orders after that date cannot be guaranteed to be ready at ScrapFest.

• Orders cancelled prior to ScrapFest will be subject to a 10% processing fee.

• Orders for ScrapFest pickup cannot be split (i.e. ship some now and pickup others later). – all items on the order will be brought to ScrapFest for pickup.  

• If you include items on your order that will not be available until after ScrapFest (ie other pre-sale items with a later delivery date), your entire order will NOT be available for pick-up at ScrapFest.  Please be careful about what you include on your order.

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER

1. Once the Marketplace opens on Friday, April 11, come to our booth. We will NOT be offering Order Pick-Up prior to the Marketplace opening.

2. Order Pick-Up will take place at our Cash Desk.  Please wait your turn in line and our team will help you.

3. Show your Photo ID.  Photo ID will be required for Order Pick-Up.  No exceptions.

1. The name on your ID must match what is on your order or the name in your Order Notes. If it does not match, your order will not be released.  In order to protect you as well as our team, we will be strict about this.

4. Initial our Pick-Up form to confirm receipt of your goodies.

IMPORTANT!  Don’t forget to pick up your orders.  Orders that are not picked up at ScrapFest will be refunded after the event – less a 25% restocking fee.
