Missing an item? Item is damaged?
Once you receive your order, either by in-store pick-up or courier delivery, please check it right away and confirm you received all items correctly, and each item is in good condition. If there are any issues, please let us know within 7 days, so that we can address and correct them.
Item doesn’t work properly or is defective?
If you feel an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days for assistance. Clear photos are always helpful in determining the cause of issues and how we can correct them.
I would like to return or exchange what I purchased.
Please contact us by phone or email first so we can hear and address your concerns. You will be offered an exchange, store credit or refund.
There are no returns or exchanges on Clearance Outlet items.
