When is the store closing?
The store will be closed Sunday, November 30 to Thursday, December 18.
This includes for in-person shopping and order pick-up.
Online orders will not be picked, processed or shipped during this time.

Can I still shop online?
Yes.  The website will still be open and you can still shop online.  However, orders will not be picked or processed until after the renovations are complete.

I need a gift card.  How can I purchase one?
Simply visit the Gift Card tab in our Shop Online menu, or CLICK HERE.
When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email receipt with a link to print the gift card. A physical card will not be mailed to you.

What is the last day to shop in-store?
The last day to shop in-store is Saturday, November 29, from 10am - 4pm.

What is the last day to pick up an online order?
The last day to visit the store and pick up an online order is Saturday, November 29, from 10am - 4pm.

What is the last day to place an order for pick-up in Whitby?
The last day to place an order for Whitby Pick-Up is Friday, November 28.
The last Whitby Pick-Up date for 2025 is Tuesday, December 2 from 6pm - 7:30pm.
Any orders not picked up at this time will be returned to the store for pick-up in Stouffville after the renovation is complete.

What is the last day to place an online order for shipping?
The last day to place an order for shipping is Thursday, November 27, before 5pm Eastern.

I have items in my Build-a-Box.  What is the last day to ask for that to be shipped?
The last day to ask for Build-a-Box items to be shipped is Thursday, November 27, before 5pm Eastern.
