Where is your store?
Our store is located in Stouffville, ON.
Our address is 100 Ringwood Drive, Unit 22.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. We can create a gift card for any denomination. Please call or visit us in-store for details.  Gift cards can also be purchased through our website.  All gift cards can be used in-store or online.

Do you deliver?
Yes.  We ship across Canada and the United States.

Can I order online and pick-up my order?
Yes.  Online orders can be picked-up at our store in Stouffville during normal business hours.  Please see our Shipping info page for full details.

How long does it take to get my order?
We try to process all online orders and ship them within 1-2 business days - we ship daily Tuesday though Friday.  The length of time it will take to get to you once we ship depends on how far from our store you live.  Most orders within Canada should arrive within 3-5 business days.

What is Build-A-Box for Shipping?
To help save on shipping fees, we offer customers the ability to "Build a Box" to earn free shipping.  You can make a few purchases over a few days or weeks to take advantage of new releases, pre-sales, special orders or last minute crafty decisions, and build your box to be eligible for free shipping.  This is not meant to be for long-term holds as we have limited space for storage.  We ask that you please keep track of your purchases in your Build-A-Box and notify us when you are ready for us to ship to you (we do not ship until requested to do so).

To Build-A-Box for shipping, select In-Store Pick-up during your online checkout.  In the notes field include, Start a Box, Add to my box or Ship my box.  This will tell us that you want to do with your order.  You will get an order confirmation, but no other updates on your order until you ask us to ship it.  Please keep track of your orders and ensure you let us know when you are ready for your goodies to ship.  If your Build-A-Box is not eligible for Free Shipping when you ask us to ship, our normal shipping rates will apply and you will be invoiced for the applicable fee.

Can I pick-up my order at any other location?
As an alternative to picking up your order at our store in Stouffville, we offer curb-side pick-up in Whitby on Tuesday evenings (6pm - 8pm).  If you wish to pick-up your order in Whitby, please select In-Store pick-up during online checkout and add notes that you'd like Whitby pick-up.  Your order confirmation will still show your order is ready for pickup in Stouffville, but we will send you an email with the address and phone number to call (usually Tuesday afternoon).  There is no charge for this service.  Cut off for same day pick-up is noon on Tuesday.

I requested Whitby pick-up by my notification says In-Store pickup in Stouffville?
That is normal.  If you have requested Whitby pick-up, we will ensure your order gets there and is ready for you.  A separate email is sent on Tuesdays with Whitby pick-up instructions (address, phone number)

How do I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.  This will be a separate email from your order confirmation.  Please don’t come to the store to pickup your order until you receive the Ready-For-Pickup email.  Orders placed during business hours are usually ready the same day.

You may pickup your order anytime during normal store business hours.  Please ensure you receive your Ready-For-Pickup email before coming to the store to pickup your order.

What is your class/workshop cancellation policy?
Classes and Workshops are paid for at time of registration. Spots are only reserved once payment is received. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to a class or workshop, you will receive store credit that can be used for another class or product. No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 48 hours.

What types of classes do you offer?
At The Papercrafter's Workshop we offer all kinds of different types of classes and workshops. Cardmaking, Watercolouring, Copic, Scrapbook layouts and more. We try to ensure our classes support a range of skill levels from beginner to expert. Our class schedule is always being updated. Checkout our online calendar or class page for a list of upcoming classes.

Do I need to reserve my spot for classes?
Yes. We have limited space in all our classes. Class registration can be done in-store, by phone or online. Seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis and are only guaranteed once payment is received. The number of spaces available differs for each class.

Do you have space to crop?

Yes. Whenever we don't have a class or event scheduled, our workshop is available for use. We have a full range of tools available to use and lots of space for you and your friends to come for an hour or the entire day. Cost is $2.50 per hour or $10 for the full day. Free wifi is available while you are in the store cropping.

Do you have a Cricut to use?
Yes. We offer free use of our Cricut machine and cartridges as well as other tools as part of the hourly or daily crop fee. Mats are not included – please bring your own (or we have some available for purchase).

What tools do you have available for croppers?
Whether you are visiting us for a class, workshop, event or crop, we have a wide range of machines and tools available for use – die cutting tools, a variety of punches, dies, Cricut machine and cartridges.
